Quipli is the leader in modern equipment rental software. Now, we’re launching Quinn, the first AI-powered revenue growth platform purpose-built for the rental industry.
We are looking for an Operations Associate to join as a founding member of the Quinn team. This isn’t a "sit and wait for tickets" role. You will be the engine behind our customer launches, the voice of the user to our product team, and the person who ensures our AI works perfectly for every new equipment rental company that joins us. You’ll get a front-row seat to building a vertical AI company from the ground up.
Own the Launch: Lead the end-to-end implementation for new Quinn customers. You will own the end-to-end technical setup, ensuring Quipli data feeds are mapping correctly and guiding customers through connecting their "communications stack" (VoIP, Email, and Calendar). You ensure that on Day 1, the AI is fully fueled with the context it needs to perform.
Drive Implementation Success: You are the "Project Manager" for the customer’s first 30 days. You’ll lead kickoff calls, train their team on how to use AI-driven insights, and ensure they hit their "Aha!" moment quickly.
Drive Workflow Adoption: Implementation isn’t finished when the login is created. You will work across the customer's organization, from owners and execs looking for high-level ROI to individual sales reps using the tool daily. You’ll ensure Quinn isn't just another tab open, but a core part of how they do business.
Full-Stack Support: Manage the support queue for Quinn. When a customer has a question or a bug, you’re the first responder. You won’t just solve the ticket; you’ll identify why it happened and suggest a product fix.
Build the Playbook: Because we are early, the "manual" isn't written yet. You will help create the onboarding guides, FAQs, and internal processes that will allow us to scale from 10 customers to 1,000.
AI Training & Quality: Help "tune" the AI by reviewing how it interacts with users, identifying edge cases in the equipment rental space, and working with Engineering to improve Quinn’s accuracy.
Customer Obsessed & High Energy: You love being on the phone with customers. You thrive in a high-cadence environment where you are the face of the product for multiple equipment rental companies every single day.
A "Technical Generalist": You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable navigating API settings, VoIP configurations, and software permissions. You enjoy the satisfaction of seeing systems "talk" to each other.
You Have the "Coach" Mentality: You can explain complex AI workflows to a busy rental yard manager in a way that makes sense to them. You are patient, persuasive, and persistent.
High Agency: When a VoIP integration fails or a data feed looks "off," you don't wait for instructions. You dig into the settings, contact the provider, and find the fix.
Meticulous Organizer: You’ll be managing multiple customer launches at once. You live in checklists and never let a customer fall through the cracks during the implementation process.
Deep Product Impact: You aren't just a cog in a machine; you are helping build the implementation engine for a brand-new product line.
Vertical AI Expertise: You’ll gain "boots on the ground" experience in one of the most exciting sectors of tech: applying agentic AI technology to real-world vertical workflows.
Growth Path: This role is the "feeder" for future leadership in Product Operations, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management.
