LATIN TRADE
ECONOMICS RESEARCHER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Economics Researcher.
Time dedication: 15 hours per week
Stipend: COP 1.000.000 per month
Start: March 2026. Renewed in June and December
Duties:
1. Construction of all the indexes and rankings published on the website (Approx 20-30% of total time).
2. A weekly infographic to publish on social media (15-20%).
3. Contents for the LT.com section in the printed editions.
4. Coordination of the telephone conference of the Board of Economist for the article of each printed edition.
5. Coordination of tasks related to agreements with other companies or organizations (10-20%).
6. Economic research for publications (20-40%)
7. Surveys to readers (planning, development and analysis) (5-10%).
Reports to:
Executive Editor (Research, Board of Economist, indexes, rankings and infographics).

Qualifications:
· Final year undergraduate program in Economics, or Master’s program
· GPA of 4.5 or more
· Command of English (Portuguese a plus)
