  • Source and attract candidates using diverse channels (job boards, social media, referrals) and perform initial screenings
  • Conduct in-depth and competency-based interviews and prepare interview reports
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, administrative, and mid-level roles to meet targets
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment progress updates to stakeholders

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en:
- Reclutamiento de personal
- Selección de personal
- Manejo de Diferentes medios de Reclutamiento (bolsas de empleo, facebook, instagram, etc)
- Entrevista profunda y por competencias
- Hacer reporte de entrevistas
- Haber reclutado personal operativo, administrativo, mandos medios
- Acostumbrado a trabajar por metas y objetivos
