The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and proven expertise in software development, architecture, and team management. ·        Should have worked on related Salesforce Platform and nCino Application

·        Should have knowledge working in a Scrum development team and Scrum Technology.

·        Should be responsible for Problem Solving and Research 

·        Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently and research for better solutions.

Coding Tasks:

·        Should Independently complete complex coding tasks as part of sprint cycles.

·        Provide careful code reviews and execute it.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Certifications:

·        Should have at least two Salesforce certifications (Admin and Developer I certificates).

·        nCino certifications are highly preferred.

Note: nCino Developers play a crucial role in configuring and customizing nCino/SFDC applications to meet business needs.

Education & Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field is often preferred.

A degree in fields such as information technology, computer science, or computer engineering.

Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer or System Admin.
