  • Familiar with JIRA and JIRA Service Desk.
  • Very good command of German and ability to communicate in English.

  • Handle inquiries in the B2B sector from professional to professional, carrying the company’s customer philosophy into practice.
  • Record, process, maintain, and prioritise inquiries at the service desk.
  • Monitor and uphold service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as an interface between the development department and our customers.
