Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Online Travel Planning Associates. In this remote role, you’ll work directly with clients to curate personalized travel itineraries, book accommodations and activities, and provide support throughout the planning process. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to plan and book customized vacation packages
  

• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, flights, resorts, and activities
  

• Manage reservations and ensure accurate, timely communication with clients
  

• Utilize booking platforms and tools to research and secure travel deals
  

• Stay informed about travel trends, supplier updates, and promotional offers
  

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through professional service and follow-up
  

• Promote services through social media, word of mouth, and client referrals
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
  

• Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using digital tools
  

• Sales experience or confidence in upselling travel products is a plus
  

• No prior travel industry experience required—comprehensive training provided
  

• Must be 18 years or older
  

• Reliable internet connection and personal device (computer or smartphone)
  

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
