Job description

This is a remote position.

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Digital Motion Designer to join our existing team abroad. The Digital Motion Designer, 2D/3D Animator is expected to combine graphic design with animation to create the overall look and feel of a wide range of interactive content. Using text, data, graphics, sound, animation and other digital/visual effects, The Motion Designer works on projects such as graphics and animations for websites, social media platforms and TV.

· Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Digital Programs, Social Media Videos, Stills, Infographics, etc.)

·         Prepare, design, plan concept, and layout for motion graphic project.
·         Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
·         Work with digital and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
·         Assist in selecting photos, audio, videos, colours, animation, etc for graphic design.
·         Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
·         Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
·         Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
·         Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.

· Integrate new technologies and tools (e.g., AI, data visualisations, live streaming innovations) that improve content quality and streamline production workflows.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Graphic Design or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Animation.
·         Creative thinking and visualisation.
·         Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context combined with excellent IT skills.
·         Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects.
·         Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
·         Proven competence in design and image manipulation software.
·         Teamwork skills because most projects require input from different stakeholders.
·         Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
·         Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

· Software’s Proficiency: Adobe Suite (Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Animate)
