Windchill System Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Windchill System Administrator to maintain, support, and enhance our Windchill system. The ideal candidate will manage the Windchill environment, ensure its reliability and performance, and provide technical support to users. The role involves system upgrades, configuration management, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windchill environment.
  
• Manage system upgrades and patches to ensure the environment is up to date and secure.
  

• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and resolve them promptly.
  
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system errors and failures.
  

• Implement and enforce security policies, user access control, and permissions management.
  
• Ensure that system security protocols are followed to protect sensitive data.
  

• Manage and execute backup and recovery procedures for Windchill environments to safeguard data integrity.
  

• Provide system support to end-users, assisting with issues and offering solutions.
  
• Maintain detailed documentation on system configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  

• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve system efficiency and speed.
