We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Coupa Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in procurement, spend management, and Coupa implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving procurement transformation, improving efficiency, and optimizing the use of the Coupa platform. This role requires a blend of technical, functional, and leadership skills to assist in the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Coupa platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of Coupa solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Configure and customize Coupa modules such as Procurement, Supplier Management, and Expense Management to meet specific business needs.
Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on Coupa best practices and procurement process optimization.
Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
Support the integration of Coupa with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, finance systems).
Collaborate with project teams and business users to ensure successful implementation and post-implementation support.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users on Coupa functionality and features.
