12+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning
Functional design and implementation experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response, including Kinaxis demand planning and supply planning
Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization, end-to-end planning concepts (S&OP, Demand Planning) and Kinaxis Workbooks/data needs
Ability to provide thought leadership, designs and best practices to customers and the team, and facilitate improvements post-delivery while meeting SLAs
Requirements:
Serve as the first on-ground contact for client customers as part of the COE team in a remote position and drive solution delivery for Kinaxis Rapid Response
Design and customize Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions based on client requirements, leveraging extensive supply chain planning expertise
Provide thought leadership on designs and best practices to customers and internal teams, and ensure solutions meet or exceed SLAs
Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion post-delivery and collaborate with COE to realize them
Job description
This is a remote position.
The Senior Solution Architect will be part of the COE team and the first person on ground for our client's customers. They will be required to leverage their consulting background in the Supply Chain planning and optimization and understand the client requirements to design and customize solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Requirements
12+ years consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning.
Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Experienced in implementation of Kinaxis demand planning and supply planning.
Well-versed with the knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization.
A good understanding in end-to-end of supply chain planning concepts, focusing on Supply & Demand Planning and SOP
Deep knowledge of Workbooks and data needs for Kinaxis
Provide thought leadership in terms of designs and best practices to the customer and the team
In addition to meeting the accepted SLAs, also facilitates improvement and upside (expansion) opportunities post-delivery
