This is a remote position.
Perform and coordinate accounting tasks for clients.
Prepare financial reports, reconciliation, and tax returns.
Maintain general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
Prepare weekly/monthly management accounts and financial analyses.
Create revenue projections and forecast expenditures.
Assist with budgeting and audit preparations.
Manage client onboarding and task delegation.
Investigate audit findings and discrepancies.
Support junior staff and contribute to improving systems/processes.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Strong financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in Xero, Auto-Entry, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Able to train and manage staff.
Must be comfortable working UK time zone.
