Sr. Zoho Developer (Zoho One Specialist)

As our operations scale, Zoho is at the core of everything we do. We are now looking for an experienced Zoho Developer who can take ownership of our Zoho ecosystem and build scalable, automation-driven solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Zoho Developer with deep Zoho One experience. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, optimizing, and maintaining Zoho applications that directly support our business operations.

This role is not for beginners. We are looking for someone who understands Zoho at a system level and can independently design solutions, not just configure modules.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho One
  
• Configure and customize Zoho CRM (modules, layouts, blueprints, validations)
  
• Build advanced custom workflows, automation, and Deluge scripts
  
• Develop applications using Zoho Creator
  
• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools using Zoho APIs
  
• Optimize existing processes and recommend automation improvements
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, automation, and integration issues
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and scalability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Zoho One experience
  
• Strong expertise in:
  
• Zoho CRM customization
  
• Zoho Creator
  
• Deluge scripting
  
• Zoho APIs and integrations
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python (for integrations and advanced logic)
  
• Proven experience designing end-to-end automation workflows
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  
• Excellent communication skills (able to explain technical concepts clearly)
  

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or the immigration domain
  
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Zoho
  
• Background in system architecture or process optimization
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
