Net Connect Digital is a US-based web development and digital marketing company specializing in websites and growth solutions for small businesses, home service companies, non-profits, and creative professionals. We serve clients primarily across East Coast metro markets, including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Miami. We are growing our direct client acquisition efforts and seeking a motivated outreach specialist to help drive that growth.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist based in India to execute and manage outbound lead generation campaigns on behalf of our business development team. You will work closely with Brad Leiphart (Owner) and Alpita (Business Development Representative) to identify prospects, craft personalized messaging, execute multi-channel outreach sequences, and generate qualified meetings with potential clients.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach activities, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and high-quality prospect engagement


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Cold Email Outreach

       Build, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai as the primary sending platform, along with Apollo.io and similar tools for prospecting and list building

       Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) defined by the team

       Write and A/B test personalized email copy tailored to specific industries (home services, moving companies, non-profits, small businesses)

       Manage email deliverability, including domain warm-up, inbox rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC monitoring, and sender reputation

       Set up and maintain multi-step email sequences with appropriate follow-up cadences

       Track and report on key metrics: open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and meetings booked

LinkedIn Outreach

       Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

       Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to targeted decision-makers

       Engage with prospect content (likes, comments, shares) to warm up leads before direct outreach

       Manage LinkedIn profiles and activity on behalf of team members as needed

       Coordinate LinkedIn outreach sequences with cold email campaigns for multi-touch engagement

CRM & Data Management

       Log all outreach activity, responses, and lead status updates in Zoho CRM

       Maintain clean, organized prospect data with proper tagging and segmentation

       Hand off qualified leads and booked meetings to the BDR (Alpita) and/or Brad for follow-up

       Generate weekly reports on outreach performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics

Strategy & Optimization

       Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and outreach timing based on performance data

       Research and identify new prospect segments, verticals, and geographic markets to target

       Stay current on best practices for cold email deliverability and LinkedIn outreach compliance

       Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates

       Leverage AI tools to accelerate prospect research, generate and refine email copy variations, personalise outreach at scale, and analyse campaign performance data

Required Qualifications

       2+ years of hands-on experience running cold email outreach campaigns (not just strategy – actual execution)

       2+ years of experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

       Proven experience with Instantly.ai for cold email campaign management; additional experience with Apollo.io, Smart Lead, Lem list, or Woodpecker is a plus

       Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals (domain warm-up, DNS records, inbox rotation, spam avoidance)

       Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce experience acceptable)

       Excellent written English with the ability to write natural, personalized outreach messages that do not sound templated

       Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume outreach without sacrificing quality

       Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment

       Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to assist with prospect research, email copywriting, personalization at scale, and campaign optimization

       Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications

       Experience generating leads for web development or digital marketing companies

       Familiarity with B2B lead generation targeting small businesses and home service industries in the US market

       Experience with Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, automation, workflows)

       Knowledge of lead enrichment and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Hunter.io, etc.)

       Experience with outreach automation and workflow tools (Zapier, Zoho Flow, Pabbly Connect, or similar)

       Understanding of the US small business landscape and buying cycles.
