Senior Python Backend Engineer (Remote, non WEB)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a top-notch remote BE Python Developer to join the team developing an innovative voice-based AI solutions, focusing on transforming industries with conversational technology. The product is already making an impact in the fast-paced world of automated systems, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing operational challenges.

Our backend system is entirely Python-based and runs in the cloud over Kubernetes. Unlike traditional backend systems, it handles real-time audio streams and powers our core AI algorithms. You’ll design and implement intricate backend components, working with distributed architectures and concurrency, all while optimizing for performance and scalability.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Python
  
• Proven expertise in software design and backend development
  
• Experience developing and deploying multiple production-level projects
  
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  
• Key traits: High performer, strong team player, fast learner, proactive ownership, passion for solving problems, and excellent communication skills
  
• A minimum of upper-intermediate level English is required!
  

• Experience as a software architect with deep design knowledge
  
• Expertise in gRPC, Async IO, WebRTC
  
• Knowledge of Ansible
