Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a developer who meets the following criteria:
Experience: 5+ years in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript (ES6), and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
- Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience working with Amazon AWS.
Capabilities: Able to independently manage feature development end-to-end, covering front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Quality Focus: Adheres to best practices and maintains high coding standards (important).
Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to tackling long-term, challenging projects.
Requirements
