Finance Broker

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Broker specializing in commercial financing to join our team. This role is suited for a senior finance professional with in-depth experience in the Australian financial market. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, managing bank portals, CRM tools, and demonstrating a meticulous approach to all documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial finance applications.
  
• Utilize MyCRM to maintain client records, streamline communications, and manage workflows.
  
• Handle client correspondence through emails and bank portal systems.
  
• Organize and access shared drives, ensuring all documents and information are securely maintained and easily accessible.
  
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of client and financial document management.
  
• Establish and nurture relationships with banking partners to support client financing needs.
  
• Conduct thorough reviews and final checks of applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  

• Australian market experience is required.
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance brokerage, specializing in commercial.
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  
• Familiarity with MyCRM or similar CRM tools for finance management.
  
• Proven ability to manage and navigate bank portals efficiently.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and experience with shared drive management.
  
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
