Job description

This is a remote position.

Azure Administrator:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Azure Administrator to lead identity, security, and platform operations across our Azure environments. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, high-availability cloud foundation while enabling application, BI, and DevOps teams through strong governance, operational excellence, and rapid incident response. You will play a key role in driving secure identity practices, exposure management, and cost-efficient Azure operations aligned with our cloud-first strategy.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Azure administration, cloud infrastructure, or IAM operations
Strong expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and privileged access governance
Hands-on experience with Azure core services: Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, DNS, and App Services
Experience with Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, and Azure security controls
Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or automation scripting
Strong understanding of networking concepts: VPN, private endpoints, load balancing, and DNS
Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and operational troubleshooting
Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104 or equivalent preferred)
Experience supporting consulting or managed services environments
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps
Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks (ISO, SOC, or internal audit models)
Background in hybrid identity, Active Directory, or enterprise IAM operations
This is WFH position working in US EST hrs.
