Roles & Responsibilities

COUPA certification or equivalent experience
Coupa Certified Consultant with 2+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and post-production support, including CSO
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with Coupa integrations with other ERPs and knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process

Requirements:

Provide expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing COUPA software, analyzing business requirements and designing/configuring workflows
Conduct user training, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Expense Management, Supplier Management)
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to configure, integrate, and customize Coupa solutions, applying procurement best practices
Manage project activities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with clients

Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a COUPA Certified Consultant. As a COUPA Certified Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing COUPA software. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring workflows, conducting user training, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

COUPA certification or equivalent experience.
Coupa Certified Consultant with 2+ experience in Coupa implementation and post-production support.
Must have experience on CSO (Coupa Sourcing Optimization)
Good to have CRA (Coupa Risk Access).
Strong knowledge of the COUPA platform and its modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Expense Management, and Supplier Management
Experience in implementing COUPA solutions for clients, including system configuration, integration, and customization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into COUPA configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
Experience in project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
Must possess an excellent understanding of PTP flow.
Strong expertise in functional area and customization of COUPA PTP. Exposure to SIM, Coupa Pay, Sourcing, CLM and Expense business process is a plus.
Should have an understanding of Coupa integrations with other ERP’s.
Should have experience in suppliers punch out, cXML invoicing, and knowledge on configuring PO liquid templates.
Experience with other ERPs like SAP, Intacct, NetSuite, Oracle, and others is a plus.
Experience in working on US projects is a plus.
Ready to work in US EST Time zone.
