National Sales Executive – Turnkey Electrical Solutions
We are working with a fast-growing national electrical contractor delivering turnkey electrical construction and maintenance services nationwide. The company partners with ESCOs, general contractors, and resellers to deliver new construction retrofit projects within the commercial and industrial channels.
We are seeking a National Sales Executive with strong experience selling electrical construction and maintenance services directly to general contractors and commercial end users.
Role Overview
The National Sales Executive drives national revenue growth by selling turnkey electrical services electrical services, design-build projects, and maintenance contracts.
This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role requiring approximately 50% nationwide travel.
The focus is on new business development, strategic account growth, and expanding market share within the commercial electrical services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through direct sales of turnkey electrical construction and maintenance services solutions.
Develop relationships with general contractors, facility managers, and commercial clients
Identify and close design-build and service contract opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
General Contractor & Client Engagement
Build long-term partnerships within the GC channel
Lead project scoping discussions and solution positioning
Coordinate with operations to ensure successful project execution
Conduct joint customer visits and strategic account planning
Market Strategy & Positioning
Position turnkey electrical solutions for commercial and industrial projects
Identify recurring revenue opportunities through maintenance agreements
Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership
Required Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in electrical construction sales or electrical services sales
Proven experience selling to general contractors
Strong understanding of design-build, service contracts, and commercial electrical projects
Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel nationally (~50%)
