This is a remote position.

We are looking for a customer success specialist  to join a fast growing team.

  • Managing our active accounts and ensuring they get the best out of Exceptionly.

  • Acting as the point of contact for clients.

  • Identifying potential new clients and running outreach campaigns with an experimental mindset.

  • Using Hubspot, Google Drive, Linkedin and other tools on a daily basis.

  • Running regular check-in calls with our past and active clients

  • Monitoring and reporting weekly sales performance

  • Handling budgets and client invoices.



Requirements

  • Commerce/Marketing/Business Admin. graduate.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent English speaking and Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

  • Proven working experience as project manager

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Good time-management skills

  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

  • Hands on online sales (Preferred SaaS)
