Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to join our Compliance team and oversee Evercam’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorous security standards, such as ISO 27001, CyberEssentials, SOC2 Type 2. By driving key initiatives ranging from security reviews and incident response to the proactive maintenance of internal controls you will help foster partner trust and ensure Evercam scales securely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Evercam Information Security Management System, ensuring continuous alignment with international standards (ISO 27001; SOC2 Type 2).
Collaborate closely with System Owners, BizOps, and Engineering teams to conduct security assessments of our infrastructure and third-party tools.
Secure our distributed workforce by overseeing endpoint security.
Support incident response, from initial detection to analysis and documentation.
Design and manage comprehensive training programs for employees focused on Information Security, Ethical Conduct, and proactive threat awareness.
Oversee security relationships and compliance verification for our global network of suppliers and partners.
Drive the migration of Evercam existing ISO management framework to our internal Zoho ecosystem, optimizing for better visibility and reporting.
Support Evercam in achieving new certifications, specifically targeting the requirements for highly-regulated construction projects.

Requirements

Required:

1+ years of experience in Information Security, Compliance, or Risk Management.
Proven expertise with ISO 27001 or SOC2 Type 2 frameworks, including audit preparation and control implementation.
Strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-departmental projects.
Able to translate complex security requirements into actionable steps for non-technical teams.

Nice to Have:

Technical proficiency in endpoint management and secure browser configurations (specifically Google Chrome/Google Workspace).
Knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem for compliance and workflow automation.
Experience with FedRAMP or GSA MAS certification processes.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, where balancing security with speed is essential.
