About the Company - We’re on the hunt for a visionary Content Lead to spearhead our global content strategy and craft exceptional, SEO-driven narratives for our study abroad agency spanning 12 countries. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of in-house writers, external agencies, and freelancers, collaborating with industry experts to deliver content that’s not just helpful and trustworthy but also outshines competitors, boosts traffic, and dominates search engine rankings.


About the Role - Content Lead


Key Contribution of the role:


  • Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Use the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to shape user-focused content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Plan content for all customer journey stages.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms.
  • Align content with user intent and optimize for ranking opportunities like AI overviews and snippets.
  • Audit and refine content for relevance and performance.
  • Ensure engaging, audience-tailored content with a consistent tone and credible sources.
  • Leverage storytelling and collaborate with UX and product teams for effective delivery.
  • Provide editorial oversight and guide internal and external contributors.
  • Structure content for seamless addition of infographics and videos.
  • Collaborate with design teams to enhance visual elements.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research for unique insights.
  • Optimize metadata and headers for improved rankings and accessibility.
  • Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with SEO, marketing, UX, product, and sales teams.
  • Maintain workflows, calendars, and brand guidelines for timely and consistent delivery.



Qualifications Required:

  • Mass Communication or Journalism – masters of storytelling and media.
  • English Literature or Language Studies – wordsmiths with a flair for expression.
  • Marketing or Communications – strategists who connect brands and audiences.
  • Business Administration (specialized in Marketing or Digital Marketing) – leaders with a marketing edge.
  • Media Studies – experts in the evolving dynamics of content and media.
  • Education or EdTech – innovators in learning and technology.
  • Creative Writing or Liberal Arts – imaginative thinkers with a creative spark.
