AI / Software Engineers & Tech Leads We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of hands-on AI experience and knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph), autonomous planning, memory/context design, RAI, and production-grade AI software delivery.
Furthermore, you should have the following competencies:

Strong experience in document processing and structured text data science.
Experience in regulated life sciences environments is a plus.
Proficient in Python with advanced tool orchestration skills.
Proven track record building agentic solutions and RAG pipelines.
Experience with vector databases and embedding strategies.
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure or AWS).
Familiarity with AI security, LLM observability, and MLOps practices.
Solution-oriented mindset to identify AI pitfalls and implement mitigation strategies.

Cloud Engineers
We are also seeking for Cloud Engineers—one focused on Azure, and one with dual expertise in Azure and AWS. Idea candidates will have:

4+ years of DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS), with strong CI/CD and IaC skills (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
Proven ability to adapt to custom environments, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver in agile setups—backed by strong communication and scripting skills.
Bonus capabilities include DevSecOps, Azure OpenAI, Veeva integration, and domain experience in pharma/life sciences.
