Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years experience as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT)
  • Understanding of the iGaming industry; previous iGaming experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and interviewing processes; excellent networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate) and Ukrainian/Russian (fluent/native)

Requirements:

  • Participate in full lifecycle of recruiting, including prescreening, reviewing profiles, assessing applications, and interviewing
  • Research and source qualified candidates on job boards for iGaming and IT
  • Manage candidates through the recruiting process and maintain relationships
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit top talent and assess cultural fit

The position can be remote or on-site in one of the two locations - Valencia, Spain or Limassol, Cyprus. 


Requirements:


  • Experience working as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT) for 2+ years.
  • Understanding of the iGaming industry (previous experience in iGaming industry would be considered a plus)
  • Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes.
  • Excellent networking skills and strong skills in presentation, negotiation.
  • Languages proficiency: English - at least Upper-Intermediate level, Ukrainian/Russian - fluent/native level.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the full lifecycle of recruiting process including prescreening candidates, reviewing profiles and assessing applications, interviewing, etc.
  • Research job boards for qualified candidates in the iGaming and IT field.
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process.
  • Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position.
  • Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent.

  • 7 hours working schedule (or 3 extra days off per month).
