Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote — Eastern Europe preferred
Language: Fluent English required (Spanish is a strong plus)

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing Corporate Stays’ digital marketing initiatives, managing marketing communications, and overseeing parts of the marketing team.

This person will work closely with leadership, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication and campaign execution across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities across channels
  • Supervise the social media team member
  • Oversee press releases and newsletters
  • Manage HubSpot Marketing campaigns and workflows
  • Coordinate content calendars and campaign launches
  • Support brand communication consistency across Corporate Stays and related brands
  • Work with Growth and Sales teams on campaign execution

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience using HubSpot Marketing
  • Experience managing marketing team members
  • Experience with email marketing and newsletters
  • Experience writing or coordinating press releases
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, international team

Preferred Profile

We are ideally looking for someone who:

  • Is based in Serbia, Ukraine, or Eastern Europe
  • Has experience working with international companies
  • Is comfortable working with partially Spanish-speaking teams
  • Is proactive, structured, and execution-focused

Objective of the Role

This role is meant to bring structure and consistency to our marketing operations, support campaign execution, and help scale Corporate Stays’ marketing efforts globally.
