Requirements:

  • Lead, develop, and empower the Partnerships Sales Executives team to achieve targets and maintain high-quality relationships with partner companies, ensuring the proper execution of the commercial and legal lifecycle of corporate partnerships
  • Monitor and manage sales KPIs, plan activities, and provide commercial leadership to drive results
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of the partnership cycle, including compliance with legal and contractual requirements for corporate partnerships
  • Foster an organized, proactive, analytical, and customer-focused approach and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the partnerships function

En Colombia ESL nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a talentoso/a PSE Leader, para que se una a nuestra operación. El candidato ideal estará a cargo de dirigir, desarrollar y potenciar al equipo de Ejecutivos de Ventas de Alianzas, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas, la calidad del relacionamiento con las empresas aliadas y la correcta ejecución del ciclo comercial y legal de las alianzas corporativas.

Debe ser altamente organizado, proactivo, analítico, orientado al cliente, competente en la gestión de indicadores de ventas, planificación y liderazgo comercial.


Requisitos indispensables:


  • Formación: Secundaria culminada. Preferiblemente, profesional técnico, tecnólogo o universitario graduado en carreras afines con las ventas.
  • Experiencia: Al menos 8 meses de experiencia en el equipo de Partnerships.
  • Antigüedad: Al menos 8 meses en la compañía.
  • Convocatoria vigente: Viernes, 26 de diciembre de 2025 - 4 pm.
  • Procesos disciplinarios: No haber tenido ningún proceso.
  • Esta convocatoria aplica para el equipo de Partnerships.
