💡 About the role:
This role is for a designer who thrives in product-led environments and wants true ownership. You’ll work from discovery to delivery, deeply understanding our customers and translating complex problems into intuitive, outcome-driven experiences.
✍️ As a Product Designer at Xolo, you will:
- Lead product initiatives end-to-end — from hypothesis and research to concept development, validation, and implementation.
- Work across both discovery and delivery phases, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals.
- Translate customer insights into intuitive UX and interaction design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, with a practical understanding of how modern web apps and component-based systems are structured.
- Use modern design-to-code workflows, AI-assisted tools, and prototyping tools that help bridge design and implementation.
- Clearly explain and justify your design decisions to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to building experiences that are functional, thoughtful, and refined.
🔎 You are the one we are looking for if you have:
- Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
- Strong customer empathy — understanding both logical and emotional drivers behind user behavior.
- Clear product thinking — understanding how UX decisions support business goals.
- Experience working across both discovery and delivery phases.
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks and component-based systems (you don’t need to code, but you understand how things are built).
- Confidence in articulating and defending your design decisions.

- Ability to produce polished UI with strong visual sensitivity.
- Attention to detail in interaction patterns and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with tools that generate production-ready or near production-ready code.
