Requirements:

  • Lead RISER's global social media and community strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across platforms while growing the online community and encouraging UGC in-app and on social channels
  • Develop and manage community programs, challenges, and rewards that motivate participation and storytelling; source, curate, and amplify user-generated content; ensure a unified brand experience with Cardo's teams
  • Create and oversee engaging content across formats (reels, posts, stories, spotlights) and manage ambassador/KOL partnerships for authentic, community-led content; collaborate with studio, growth, and paid media to repurpose content
  • Measure performance across platforms, generate insights to boost engagement and retention, and lead on-camera content creation and participation in live events to capture RISER lifestyle

About the Role

RISER - the official riding app by Cardo - is looking for a Community & Social Manager to lead our rider community and social presence worldwide. In this role, you’ll inspire, engage, and grow RISER’s global community by turning everyday riders into active contributors — helping them share their experiences, post content, and celebrate their passion for riding.

You’ll own the community strategy across social channels and in-app engagement - building programs that reward daily activity, motivate riders to share their stories, and showcase the authentic voice of the RISER community. You’ll work closely with Cardo’s marketing, content, and product teams to create one connected ecosystem that amplifies what riders love most: adventure and connection.

This is a global role with a strong focus on rider engagement, storytelling, and user-generated content - not just influencers. You should bring both creative and community-building skills, with the ability to turn DAUs and MAUs into ambassadors and social followers into loyal RISER users.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead RISER’s global social media and community strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty across platforms.
  • Build and manage RISER’s online community — encouraging daily active users to share rides, photos, and stories within the app and across social media.
  • Develop community programs, challenges, and point-based incentives that reward user participation and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Cardo’s social and content teams to align tone, visuals, and messaging — ensuring one unified brand experience.
  • Manage RISER’s IG account from planning to publishing, engagement, and reporting.
  • Create engaging social content directly - from reels and posts to stories and community spotlights - that reflect the voice, energy, and lifestyle of the RISER community.
  • Source, curate, and amplify user-generated content (UGC) that highlights the best rides, experiences, and stories from the community.
  • Partner with KOLs and ambassadors for authentic, community-led content rather than traditional influencer campaigns.
  • Work with the studio, growth, and paid media teams to repurpose community and user content for campaigns and promotions.
  • Measure and report performance across community and social platforms — identifying insights to increase engagement and retention.
  • Create on-camera social content and participate in community rides and physical events to capture authentic, engaging moments from the RISER lifestyle.


Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing - ideally within lifestyle, consumer tech, or mobility brands.
  • Proven ability to build and grow online communities and drive UGC participation.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social platforms, content calendars, and engagement programs.
  • Strong storytelling and content curation skills - with an eye for what riders love to share.
  • Experience designing community challenges, ambassador programs, or gamified reward systems.
  • Data-driven mindset - able to interpret engagement metrics, retention trends, and content performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with riders, creators, and partners.
  • Fluent English.
  • Passion for motorcycles, outdoor adventures, or community-driven experiences.
  • Confidence in being in front of a camera, with the ability to create engaging video content independently.
  • Initiate and support live events for content purposes - including on-site presence, capturing footage, and engaging with riders.
