Job description

Title: Instructional Designer

Location: Remote

Rate: $50 per hour

We’re seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer to support dynamic learning initiatives for a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This contract role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, delivers high-impact learning solutions, and brings deep expertise in rapid development tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging instructional content using rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Manage multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines with precision
  • Deliver polished, client-ready materials that reflect high standards of quality and professionalism
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in corporate or client services settings
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
  • Strong proficiency with rapid development tools and eLearning platforms
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Experience designing for diverse audiences and modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended)

Nice to Have

  • AI & LMS Integration Excellence: Experience developing content directly within platforms like Bigtincan LMS using AI tools. Familiarity with emerging learning technologies, rapid prototyping, and scalable design approaches is highly valued.
  • Strategic Sales Enablement Expertise: Background in designing enablement programs for senior sales roles, with a focus on executive engagement, account expansion, and customer success.
  • Competency Framework + Curriculum Design: Ability to consult on and build sales competency frameworks and translate them into comprehensive, role-based training curricula.
