KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Research Assistant (RA) will conduct approximately forty (40) 60-minute Zoom interviews with healthcare providers between late March and May (approximately 40 hours total of interview time).
  • Additional responsibilities include coordinating and sending participant e-gift cards, attending training and project meetings, uploading and organizing audio/transcripts, cleaning transcripts, and managing qualitative data analysis in MAXQDA.
  • The RA will serve as a qualitative coder alongside the  PI to support codebook development, analytic triangulation, and intercoder agreement.
  • Flexible, self-directed scheduling is available.
  • The project is expected to conclude by June/July.
  • Manuscript co-authorship opportunities are available if desired.
  • Additional qualitative research assistant opportunities may be available for candidates interested in extending hours or continuing work beyond this project.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific field.

NOTE: Tasks related to this position can be performed remotely with only occasional visits to an Emory University location. This position requires you to reside in the State of Georgia
