Job description

About Daydream

Daydream is the first chat-based shopping agent built exclusively for fashion. Designed to redefine how people search and discover fashion, Daydream offers a personalized, conversational experience powered by advanced AI and natural language understanding.

Backed by top-tier investors including Forerunner Ventures, Index Ventures, Google Ventures, and True Ventures, our team is committed to shaping the future of shopping.

About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can work across the entire Daydream experience and help drive the moments that lead to user acquisition, activation, and long-term engagement. You’ll experiment with onboarding, refine discovery and search flows, shape engagement mechanics, and optimize conversion points across the product. You’ll partner closely with design, data, and engineering to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship improvements that move the needle.

This role blends product intuition with analytical rigor and fast experimentation. You’ll work across the full funnel, from a user’s first impression to habit formation, using insight and creativity to unlock sustainable user and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and execute the product roadmap by forming hypotheses, running experiments, and prioritizing initiatives that improve activation, retention, and overall engagement.

  • Work closely with data and engineering to design thoughtful experiments, tracking plans, and event schemas that accelerate learning.

  • Analyze and improve key friction points across the user journey, from signup and onboarding to discovery and ongoing engagement.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that create organic growth loops (such as landing experiences, referral surfaces, and notifications).

  • Partner with marketing and lifecycle teams to ensure in-product experiences complement acquisition efforts across paid, SEO, partnerships, influencer channels, and more.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a growth or experimentation-focused role in a zero-to-one environment.

  • Deep familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or equivalent).

  • A strong grasp of growth metrics (activation, retention, CAC, LTV, WAU/DAU, k-factor) and how to move them.

  • Comfort working with SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards to self-serve insights.

  • An ability to balance quantitative rigor with qualitative empathy for users.

  • A proven track record of shipping fast, learning fast, and iterating toward impact.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, data-driven mindset.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, equity and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)

  • Flexible vacation and remote working

  • The opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking, AI-focused company.

  • Collaborative work environment with a team of talented, fun-loving individuals.

  • Opportunity to learn and grow in your career while shaping the future of fashion, shopping and technology
