Senior Delivery Lead

As a Senior Delivery Lead at Mammoth Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring project success from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
• Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders
• Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
• Lead sprint (or Kanban) planning and execution, driving agile practices that foster alignment, transparency, and accountability across the team
• Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines for upcoming initiatives while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies to keep delivery schedules on track
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
• Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives 
• Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence
• Communicate project health to executive and account management teams, highlighting business value delivered, renewal risks, and opportunities for expansion or extension.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
• Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
