Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast, organized, highly detail-oriented, yet flexible go-getter who identifies new opportunities to create impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Work on content calendars -along with the social strategist- and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
  • Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights.
  • Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze the conversation around the brand daily.
  • Analyze brand performance (analytical skills essential) to drive effective results for client KPIs.
  • Cover brand related events in real-time.

 

Background & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in Community Management.
  • Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
  • Knowledge in managing CMS’s.
  • Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent writing skills.

The position is 100% remote, with hiring available for residents anywhere in Brazil (exclusively for this country).
