About the role

As an Account Manager for the category Home & Garden, you will take ownership of a portfolio of existing sellers in one of refurbed’s fastest growing categories. Your mission is to unlock sustainable growth by helping partners expand into new countries, broaden their product assortment, and scale their business overall on refurbed.

WHO YOU ARE:

You bring 3+ years of experience in Account Management (ideally in a marketplace, retail, or e-commerce environment) and hold a university degree
You speak German and English fluently
You have proven experience managing and growing existing accounts, driving performance improvements through structured, data-driven insights
You combine a strong analytical mindset with business intuition, you spot trends, anomalies, and growth levers and translate them into clear recommendations
You bring a genuine understanding of and interest in our Home & Garden category, its products, supply chains, and market trends

Location & eligibility: This role is open to Europe-based candidates only with a valid right to work.
