RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Planejar, desenvolver, treinar, avaliar e monitorar modelos de Machine Learning, utilizando abordagens clássicas, NLP/NLI e LLMs;
- Conduzir experimentações, provas de conceito (PoCs) e iniciativas de Discovery que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a automação de processos;
- Explorar e analisar dados de negócio, realizando análises diagnósticas, preditivas e prescritivas;
- Avaliar, estimar e acompanhar custos de implementação e operação em escala das soluções propostas;
- Criar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações para comunicar resultados, insights e impactos dos projetos;
- Atuar de forma colaborativa com áreas de negócio e tecnologia, alinhando expectativas e defendendo boas práticas técnicas;
- Propor inovações, apoiar decisões técnicas e contribuir para a evolução contínua das soluções de dados e IA
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Python avançado, com experiência em bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pydantic, PyTorch e TensorFlow;
- SQL intermediário a avançado, com atuação em bancos de dados relacionais;
- Experiência com Databricks;
- Conhecimento sólido em Machine Learning, incluindo técnicas de regressão, classificação, clustering e NLP.
Desejáveis:
- Experiência com frameworks e APIs de ML e GenAI, como HuggingFace, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, DSPy, LangGraph, Vertex AI;
- Experiência com Large Language Models (LLMs), incluindo BERT, ASR, RAG, fine-tuning e modelos generativos.
