Job description

About our client:

Our client is a well-known Property Developer in Hong Kong looking for a Senior/ HR Officer to join their growing Recruitment team.

The position will support end to end recruitment function within the corporate office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from ads posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal and new staff orientation.
  • Source different recruitment and advertising channels and evaluate the effectiveness.
  • Provide solutions and professional advice on recruitment matters and staff issues.
  • Conduct job fairs, recruitment day and outdoor recruitment activities
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in human resources, preferably gained in sizable companies or diversified organizations
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
