Job Description

Position: AI Chatbot Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), SQL-based chatbot functionalities, and AWS AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and integrating AI-powered chatbot solutions, working with structured/unstructured data, and implementing text-to-SQL conversion processes.

Key Focus Areas:

AI chatbot development experience.
Large Language Model (LLM) expertise.
SQL-based chatbot functionalities and text-to-SQL conversion.
AWS AI infrastructure knowledge (Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS Kendra, AWS Bedrock).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots integrated with databases.
Implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for chatbot interactions.
Convert text-based queries into SQL for data retrieval and structured response generation.
Work with AWS AI services, including Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS Kendra, and AWS Bedrock.
Ensure seamless integration of chatbot models with structured and unstructured data sources.
Optimize chatbot performance, user interactions, and response accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in AI-driven chatbot development.
Proven experience in LLM-based projects (at least one or two large-scale implementations).
Expertise in text-to-SQL conversion and database integration.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and AWS SDKs.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda (must-have) and AWS Kendra, AWS Bedrock (good-to-have).
Ability to understand and design AI-powered chatbot architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Screening Process:

Candidates must submit a detailed chatbot project summary before the interview.
Must have hands-on experience with 5+ chatbot/ML projects.
Screening will focus on chatbot + ML experience and AWS AI expertise.
