⭐Estamos buscando un Lead Full Stack Engineer (React / .NET) ⭐

Buscamos un perfil senior con fuerte foco en frontend React y experiencia en backend C# / .NET Core, para liderar el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones web escalables con integración de AI (Azure OpenAI Service).

Principales responsabilidades:

Liderar proyectos end-to-end con React + .NET Core.
Diseñar arquitecturas escalables y AI-driven (Azure OpenAI, RAG, LangChain).
Orquestar flujos complejos con Azure Logic Apps y Functions.
Implementar arquitecturas event-driven con Azure Service Bus & SignalR.
Mentorear equipos y asegurar best practices & code quality.

Requisitos excluyentes:

Inglés fluido (obligatorio).
Experiencia sólida en React, .NET Core, Entity Framework.
Conocimiento en Azure (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps).
Experiencia integrando Azure OpenAI / AI frameworks.
Background en arquitectura y liderazgo técnico.

Plus: experiencia con vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG pipelines y Python (FastAPI, Django, etc.).
