Senior Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7-10 years of total professional experience in the courier/last-mile delivery or supply chain industry
  • Proven sales and post-sales account management experience for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, locally and internationally
  • Experience managing complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, and account development
  • Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integrations between carriers and merchants; familiarity with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C/B2B)

Requirements:

  • Develop and manage complex commercial relationships with enterprise eCommerce clients, driving revenue growth through negotiation, proposals, onboarding, and ongoing account development
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle management for enterprise accounts, including pre-sales support, onboarding, integration phases, and cross-functional collaboration with product/tech teams
  • Build and nurture relationships with retailers, marketplaces, and major eCommerce players to identify opportunities and expand footprint using a consultative selling approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, operations, and tech) to ensure seamless delivery platform integrations and successful onboarding and post-sales support

· Total professional experience: 7-10 years

Location: the person that we are looking for should be located in Madrid or Barcelona.

Professional Experience

· Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally.

· Successfully managed complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development.

· Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C/B2B).

· Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management. Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc)

· Strong background in consultative selling and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.

· Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.

Possible career paths:

1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead/manager (small team: 24 people).

2. Or still acts as an individual contributor, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.

Technical & IT Skills

· Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including:

o Carrier APIs

o eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

o IT logistics systems (WMS/OMS/ERP)

· Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.

Languages

· Spanish & Italian either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experience

· English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
