Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Project manager within a AI software or SaaS development environment
Strong knowledge and experience of iterative/agile (e.g. SCRUM) and more traditional (e.g. Waterfall) methodologies
Experience in using tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, etc.)
Advanced English level
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Analytical thinker
Responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of project plan and project budget that align with project standards and goals.
Regular, timely, and comprehensive reporting of the projects progress.
Estimation of resources and timelines necessary for completion of assigned tasks.
In cooperation with the sourcing department, allocation of resources to projects.
Observing the adherence to the communicated timelines and taking corrective actions as and when necessary.
Monitoring team performance, establishing a feedback loop, and maintaining team spirit.
Be a point of escalation for the team, both internally and externally, and control issue resolution.
Proactive identification of any risks to the assigned projects and taking actions on elimination or mitigation of those.
