Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a part-time litigation paralegal to support a U.S.-based law firm on a project-by-project, hourly basis. This role is fully remote and best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing deadlines.

Role Overview

• Part-time, hourly position

• Up to 20 hours per week, depending on workload

• Fully remote

• Anticipated start date: within the next two to three months

Responsibilities

• Filing legal documents

• Returning client calls

• Drafting discovery and other litigation documents

• Following up with clients

• Providing general litigation support as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal within U.S. law firms

• Experience drafting litigation documents

• Experience in Personal Injury Law, Insurance Law, or general litigation is a plus

• Experience with class action matters i

• A law degree is not required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable tracking hours worked

Schedule & Engagement

• Hourly, project-based work

• No fixed schedule; work is deadline-driven

• Tasks are typically assigned with at least one weeks notice
