Senior Java developer

AioMed, an early-stage, fast-growing, funded start-up based in Tel Aviv is looking for a highly skilled and motivated senior software engineer.

AiOmed is the world's 1st All-in-One Remote Patient Solution for disabled elderlies. Seamlessly integrating into non-acute long-term-care healthcare organizations workflow,

AiOmed transforms real-time patient health info into actionable clinical intelligence, enabling medical care givers to take informed medical decisions.

We are looking for a backend / full stack developer with a strong understanding of modern back-end technologies to develop a first version of the company product.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the PM and CTO in the process of taking the concept and assets and bringing it to life as an application.
• Requirements analysis, development, unit testing, integration, release and support of software products.
• Independently code and develop product modules and components and own/take full responsibility for delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Good proficiency and expertise in backend Java frameworks like Java EE or SPring Boot
• Proficiency in modern Java or Kotlin, async/reactive programming, unit testing.
• Experience in API design, data access and data integration

Advantages:

• Experience in front-end development Angular (preferably) / React
• Knowledge and experience with writing in Kotlin
• Experience in IoT (experience with MQTT clients and brokers)
• Understanding of health care domain
• Computer Science degree
• Experience with GraalVM or Quarkus
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, Staging, etc.)
