Job Requirements:

JavaScript Knowledge:

• Proficiency in JavaScript to effectively troubleshoot and provide support in a web environment.
• Strong knowledge of code debugging and performance management tools.
• Intimate knowledge with ES5 and ES6, other frameworks, and 3rd party tools.

Prebid Experience (Strong Advantage):

• Previous experience with Prebid is advantageous, demonstrating a familiarity with the
• platform and its integration processes, events, etc.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Customer Orientation:

• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to empathize with customers, comprehend their requirements, and deliver efficient solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with client's technical teams to facilitate a successful integration process.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients' technical teams, understand their requirements, and ensure seamless integration of the service.

Monetization Web Environments (Advantage):

• Experience and proficiency in supporting monetization web environments, including expertise in platforms such as Prebid, Google ADX, GAM (Google Ad Manager), and
• Amazon APS (Amazon Publisher Services).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a web environment.
• Familiarity with ad tech and online advertising concepts (Advantage).
