Who is the Company?

Its development is a pioneer in the use of artificial intelligence, machine, and deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing...

The DevOps culture is highly integrated into the company. The platform involves SW Developers and Data Scientists who manage the more than 100 microservices it has. They use Kubernetes and the Cloud is from Google and Amazon.

  •  great background in development
  • +3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Leadership role in a Product environment
  • experience making both technical and product-related decisions (architecture, solutions, strategies..)

About the role, you will be...

  • building and leading a multidisciplined squad of 3-8 people.
  • ensuring that your squad has everything it needs to provide the best execution.
  • involved in hiring, coaching, and doing technical feedback. 
  • helping to maximize the impact of the Squad, working next to the POs, Technical Leads, and Engineers.
