We are currently looking for

Senior C++ Engineers (with Qt)

to create a leading digital innovation center in Poland with us.

🚀 What you’ll be working on:

You will be part of projects focused on advanced desktop applications used in electronic design — software that supports creating components for:

• aerospace and satellite electronics

• medical devices

• aviation and high-precision industrial solutions

Your scope will include:

• full development lifecycle: from requirements analysis, through architecture discussions, to implementation and testing

• working with large, complex codebases and integrating new solutions into existing systems

• close cooperation with experienced engineers who value clean code, performance and long-term maintainability

This is real engineering, not toy projects.

🚀What you need to join ou crew:

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience with C++ (object-oriented, high-level; not embedded)

• strong knowledge of Qt (especially Widgets) for desktop UI development

• experience with STL and Boost

• version control: Git or SVN

• Visual Studio

• unit testing experience

• English at B2+ level

• residence in Poland and eligibility to work here

Nice to have:

• deep understanding of memory management in C++

• awareness of performance and algorithmic efficiency

• computer science or technical university degree
