Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with C# and Object-Oriented Programming
  • Knowledge of backend programming and network protocols (HTTP, TCP/UDP) and client/server/peer-to-peer architectures
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience working on multiplayer features for a PC title, including at least one shipped title
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; passion for making great games

Requirements:

  • Design, implement, and optimize multiplayer features for PC titles
  • Collaborate with backend, networking, and platform teams to ensure robust client/server and peer-to-peer architectures
  • Improve the networking stack, reduce latency, and troubleshoot complex multiplayer issues
  • Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold coding standards and best practices

Job description

Requirements:
