Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro X for creating fillable forms and converting PDFs to Word
Requirements:
Prepare, edit, and format complex legal documents (pleadings for multiple states/courts) ensuring accuracy and proper formatting
Create, format, and update Tables of Contents (TOCs) and manually mark Tables of Authorities (TOAs)
Conduct online research to verify court requirements and assist with e-filing submissions while adhering to filing standards
Utilize FileSite/iManage for document management and use Adobe Acrobat Pro X to create fillable forms and convert PDFs to Word

We are recruiting for a Word Processor/ Word processing operator.
All Shifts Monday to Friday and Saturday Sunday.
Must have Legal or Financial Word Processing experience.
Skills required for this position: Advanced skills in MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally Visio and Publisher as well) Familiarity with MacPac Templates and Macros Prepare Tables of Contents (TOCs) Mark Tables of Authorities manually (TOAs) Create, edit, and format complex legal documents (pleadings for any and all states/courts) Ability to research court requirements online Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures E-Filing experience a must (ECF, Pacer, and ideally a third-party service such as Lexis File & Serve) Advanced Skill Level required in using Adobe Acrobat Pro X tools, including creating fillable forms and converting Adobe PDF documents to Microsoft Word Transcription experience (both digital and analog) FileSite (aka iManage) document management system experience Time Entry experience a plus Windows 7 experience Typing 65 wpm
