NetSuite Enablement Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Enablement Trainer to join our organization. As a NetSuite Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for training and enabling internal partners on the effective utilization of NetSuite Suite Success and non- Suite Success. Your primary focus will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance users' understanding and proficiency in NetSuite functionalities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal partners to understand business processes, system requirements, and training needs for NetSuite implementation and ongoing usage.
• Develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including user guides, training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to different user roles and proficiency levels.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate end-users on NetSuite functionalities, best practices, and system navigation.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that incorporate real-world scenarios, hands-on exercises, and practical examples to enhance users' learning experience.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and user performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users by addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to maximize their productivity and efficiency in utilizing NetSuite.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements in NetSuite functionality and incorporate them into training materials and sessions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure system documentation and training materials are kept up-to-date and aligned with system changes and updates.

• Continuously improve training processes, methodologies, and materials to enhance the overall training experience and knowledge retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Enablement Trainer or similar role, with a strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and modules.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite implementation, configuration, and administration processes.
• Excellent instructional design and training delivery skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using training tools and technologies, e-learning platforms, and multimedia software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify training gaps, evaluate training effectiveness, and propose improvements.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with end-users and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Relevant certifications in NetSuite or instructional design (e.g., NetSuite Certified Administrator, Certified Technical Trainer) are a plus.
