Own end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), with deep knowledge of best practices and optimization frameworks.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, ensuring strategic consistency across channels.
Plan and manage growing budgets, maximizing efficiency, scalability, and profitability (CPL, CAC, LTV/CAC).
Analyze data, performance, and funnels, delivering clear, actionable, decision-oriented reporting.
Ideate, test, and launch new ad copy and creatives (static and video), with a continuous testing approach aimed at identifying top-performing assets.
Constantly experiment with new formats, channels, audiences, and strategies.
Work closely with the Executive Team, with a real opportunity to have a direct impact on business growth.
Contribute to building and strengthening a data-driven and performance-driven company culture.
4–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with strong specialization in Google Ads.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Strong command of performance KPIs: CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention, funnel metrics.
Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize and interpret data.
Startup mindset, hands-on attitude, autonomy, and fast execution.
Creativity and strong sensitivity to copywriting, concept ideation, and creative performance analysis.
Native or near-native fluency in Italian.
Availability to travel occasionally.
Experience with Canva, AI tools, and video editing tools such as CapCut.
Previous experience in startups or the healthtech sector.
Full remote contract.
