Job description

Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer
Location: Remote Opportunity
Duration of contract: 4 Months (extendable depending on the project and performance)

Working Days:-Sunday to Thursday


Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.

· Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems.

· Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of CRM solutions.

· Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and processes.

· Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring high system reliability.

· Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.

· Strong experience in customization, configuration, workflows, and form scripting.

· Expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, and web services.

· Proficient in integrating Dynamics CRM with other applications and databases.

· Experience with Power Platform components like PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus.

· Solid understanding of CRM security models and role-based access controls.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

· Prior experience working in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable
